Code of Conduct & Confidentiality Agreement
Attention New Members of the Kings & Wealth Investing Club
To preserve the integrity, exclusivity, and trust within our private membership club, each member agrees to abide by the following Code of Conduct:
1. Uphold the Spirit of the Club
- Treat all members with respect, integrity, and professionalism.
- Represent the Club in a manner that aligns with its values of faith, excellence, loyalty, and legacy.
- Always prioritize contribution over competition
2. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
As a condition of membership, all members agree to a binding confidentiality and non-disclosure policy:
2.1 Confidential Information Includes (but is not limited to):
- Investment strategies, deals, terms, financial data, business plans.
- Personal or financial information shared by members.
- Guest speaker content, private club events, communications, recordings, and resources.
- The identity of members, their participation, and any private conversations within the Club.
2.2 Member Obligations:
- You agree not to disclose, share, copy, publish, or reproduce any confidential information outside of the Club, unless given explicit written consent by all parties involved.
- This includes online, in-person, or through third-party channels.
- You further agree not to use confidential information for personal gain or for the benefit of any competing group or individual outside the Club.
2.3 Survivability:
- This NDA survives termination of membership and continues in perpetuity with regard to any confidential materials shared while a member.
2.4 Enforcement:
- Breach of this agreement may result in immediate termination of membership, forfeiture of dues, and potential legal action.
3. Active Participation
- Attend member events, investment briefings, and virtual or in-person meetups regularly.
- Share resources, insights, and opportunities in a spirit of generosity and discretion.
4. Zero Tolerance for Misconduct
- No harassment, discrimination, or unethical behavior will be tolerated.
- Conflicts of interest must be disclosed.
- Respect boundaries — personal, professional, and spiritual.
5. Investment Ethics
- Conduct due diligence, act responsibly, and consult professionals where necessary.
- The Club is a platform for shared learning and access — each member assumes personal responsibility for their decisions.
6. Termination Clause
The Club reserves the right to revoke membership at any time for conduct that violates these principles, disrupts community cohesion, or poses a reputational risk to the Club.
