NEW DNA

At the heart of Christian belief is Jesus’ call for His followers to embrace their identity as KINGS.

‘To Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood, and has made us KINGS and priests to His God and Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen’

~ Revelation 16:1

It begins with a relationship with Jesus the Son of God.
If you desire to follow Jesus wholeheartedly, Romans 10:9 says if you first believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead and then confess it with your mouth, you will be saved … eternally! This is the moment you become ‘born-again’.

The term ‘born-again’ means your spirit becomes alive, which you did not have prior. You become a new creation in spirit, you even receive His divine DNA in your spirit and you literally have a new life!

The Bible also says that you become ONE in spiritual union with Jesus. And because He holds the title of being the KING of all kings, this means you are gifted with His King DNA at your spiritual rebirth.

Waiyee’s Story: Anchored by Faith, Forged by Fire

I was a corporate attorney in Singapore and Hong Kong, with a brief stint in Beijing. Eventually, I chose to retire from law to raise a family with my late husband, Mario, a top attorney in European private equity. While tending to the home front in Germany, I also cultivated a Christian ministry focused on Bible teaching and street evangelism.

During that season, we began investing in real estate, acquiring our first property in 2011 while our boys were still toddlers. What started small quickly grew into a mandate inspired by Isaiah 58 — a mission to advance God’s Kingdom through real estate ownership:

“You shall be called the Repairer of the Breach, the Restorer of Streets to Dwell in.”

Over the next eight years, we built a multi-million dollar real estate portfolio — leveraging Mario’s seven-figure income and my intuition for uncovering undervalued properties and creating tremendous value with them. On the outside, we appeared to have the perfect life: a thriving career, a growing family, and flourishing investments.

But there was one glaring weakness: our big, burgeoning lifestyle relied almost entirely on a single source of income — Mario’s earnings from his law practice. As his professional success grew, so did the pressure. In October 2018, after battling silent depression, Mario tragically took his own life.

In a single moment, our world shattered. I was suddenly a widow, raising two young boys aged 10 and 13 — and overnight, 95% of our household income disappeared. Within days, I was informed by our accountant we owed the German government a 30% estate tax on Mario’s lifetime assets — a staggering liability that could have reached €2 million ($2.5 million USD).

By the grace of God alone — through His favor, wisdom, and supernatural strategies — I navigated our way through a labyrinth of bureaucracy, financial pitfalls, and endless bills. Through careful management and liquidation of assets, I secured our future and eventually expanded across the Atlantic to build powerful income strategies that continue to bless my family today.

Looking back, I am beyond thankful we even invested at all, the boys and I would have been out on the curb, if we didn’t own any real estate. Investing in real estate was key for our survival and future growth.

Yet like Rocco, my greatest regret remains the same: I didn’t prioritize building passive income streams when I had the chance. If only I had known then about investments delivering regular, predictable income — thousands of dollars each quarter or month — it would have been a complete game changer during the darkest chapter of our lives.

Hence today Rocco and I share the same refrain and a similar conviction for passive income strategies, a key building brick not only in generational wealth-building but to survive life’s passing storms and tsunamis.

Rocco’s Story: Building Wealth the Hard Way

I spent years doing what so many entrepreneurs and professionals do — chasing success the only way I knew how:

by working harder, building faster, and focusing on growing my businesses. It worked... or at least, it seemed like it did.

I built a string of successful companies and crossed into seven-figure net worth territory. On the outside, it looked like I made it. But inside, I knew something wasn’t adding up.

Despite the success, every tax season felt like a gut punch. I was writing six-figure checks to the IRS, sometimes more than once a year. Even after my accountant advised me to max out my self-employed pension and Roth IRA, it barely made a dent.
I thought, "Being a high tax payer is just the price you pay for success."
What I didn’t realize was that the real price I was paying was my ignorance.

When I wasn’t building my businesses, I was pouring my heart into my family. I was coaching my kids’ basketball and travel soccer teams, spending weekends at tournaments, and showing up for every practice and every game. Between working, building, and investing my free time into my kids and their dreams, I thought I was doing everything right. And in many ways, I was — but the one thing I wasn’t doing was building legacy wealth and God driven life of purpose.

Then life threw me a curveball I never saw coming.

Just as life was finally starting to ease back with one kid entering college and the other graduating college, in 2023 (After 22 years of marriage), I was blindsided by a divorce and even worse, how the divorce court system operates.
Anyone who has walked through the family court system knows: it doesn’t favor men —
and it especially doesn’t favor men who are the higher earners in the marriage.

Almost overnight, everything I had spent years building evaporated.
I wasn’t just facing an emotional upheaval; I was forced into a starting-over phase — financially, personally, and spiritually.

The truth is, when you’re pouring all your energy into creating ordinary income and building businesses, you develop blind spots.
You leave yourself vulnerable to life’s unexpected storms.
I hadn’t built enough strong passive income streams.
I hadn’t armored myself with robust tax strategies that could have cushioned the blow.
And I paid the price for it — in ways that went far beyond the bank account.

My biggest regret isn’t the hard work.
It’s that I didn’t build my financial fortress sooner.

The other had navigated devastating personal loss, facing a sudden financial and emotional storm that only divine favor and strategic wisdom could calm.

Our individual journeys taught us painful yet powerful truths about wealth, stewardship, and legacy. Those lessons forged in fire became the foundation of Kings & Wealth — a community of investor kings committed to building generational wealth, shaping stronger families, and leaving a lasting legacy for the glory of God.

The Crown and the Halo

Symbolize divine royalty and holiness, honoring the majesty and purity of Christ. It’s a call to walk in the authority He gives us as heirs to His Kingdom.

The Lion of Judah

The lower part of the face in the logo was intentionally designed to evoke the image of a lion — a powerful nod to the Lion of Judah. This symbolizes courage, spiritual authority and royal lineage. Just as the lion is king of the wild, our members are called to lead boldly in their families, finances and communities with the fearless spirit of legacy builders anchored in divine purpose.

The Cross

Anchors the entire vision. It represents the finished work of Jesus—His sacrifice that grants each of us salvation, grace, and the promise of eternal, abundant life. This is the legacy we’ve received and the legacy we strive to multiply.

The Sword

Forged from multiple meanings, it embodies our calling as modern-day kings navigating life’s battlefield. In business and in faith, we fight not with fear, but with faith and the Sword of the Spirit—the Word of God. As believers, we must stand shoulder to shoulder, guarding one another, pushing each other forward.

The sword is like a rallying banner—a call to gather, to unify, and to charge forward with bold faith, heading full throttle into the battlefield.
